negative notions about Vista? Want to know why?
Because people like me who see it and work on it daily think its shit. I am very vocal about my feelings about Vista ,as are some of my computer tech friends.

Looks like we are finally getting the word out.

  2. borazon67 Says:

At an Apple store they don’t let you take the computer home either to test it out with your hardware. It was just to show people that they had negative notions about Vista though they hadn’t EVEN SEEN IT in action. Pitiful.

I at least have Macs running in my house with my hardware, so I have a right to complain about them. These people didn’t even know what the OS looked like to begin with. That’s the epitome of baseless discrimination.

  3. borazon67 Says:

You’re “finally getting the word out”? Good job crusader. It’s not like Vista hasn’t had a bed rep since it came out. I too work on Vista everyday and use it as my primary OS. Who’s to say your opinion is better than mine?

You do, and your mac fanboys back you up. Seeing as how you make these videos for those fanboys to eat up, I expected it.

  4. borazon67 Says:

Are there better experiments? Yes. This wasn’t the end all experiment though. It was just the starting step in a further campaign by Microsoft.

People aren’t just gonna put all of their files on a computer for a month, just to have it all lost.

You can not guarantee ANYTHING. Vista works PERFECTLY for me, with all of my hardware, and I’m using a few 5+ year old tech.

  5. borazon67 Says:

Also I really appreciate how you took the time to do counter-points to my argument as opposed to just re-spew your opinion and claim your ‘tech friends’ as evidence. My tech friends think Vista works great. *sigh* Stop spewing your opinion as fact.

  6. stealmind Says:

to further illustrate the dishonesty of the ad they said that this challenges preconceived notions about vista, well what are some preconceived notions that we have of vista? well things like it runs slow incompatible gets tons of error etc etc etc, ok so answer me this WHO THE FUCK IS A PERSON GETTING A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION OF AN OS SUPPOSE TO REFUTE THOSE “notions”

from a first impression how is it suppose to challenge the fact that vista is unstable??????

    OLD’ OL M$

  7. dragonballjiujitsu Says:

Actually the tech friends I was speaking of don’t even own Macs.

Wait. Was I just demoted from the God of all technology and knowledge to a crusader? Damn, easy come easy go I guess.

These are simply my experiences and the experiences of fellow techies and customers.

If your experience with Vista has been nothing but smiles, great.

  8. dragonballjiujitsu Says:

“the God of all technology and knowledge.”

I like that…..we’ll go with that.

  9. borazon67 Says:

You make a bunch of comments about them being ‘actors’? That is absolutely moronic. That’s like me saying all the people in the old Mac/iPhone commercials aren’t real people, but actors. But I’m not a big enough moron to think that, there ARE people who like Apple, and they’re entitled to that opinion. Anyone who differs from your opinion though is an idiot since you apparently are the God of all technology and knowledge.

  10. dragonballjiujitsu Says:

    Exactly.

  11. borazon67 Says:

Not a good cross section? Did you even WATCH the old mac commercials? They paraded around the fact that they were user friendly to the people who didn’t know every facet of a computer.

“Everything just works” No tech knowledge required at all. Now you should either start complaining about Apples commercials, or retract this statement.

You think that every computer tech hates Vista, though you mentioned yourself in a video about those same technicians hating Macs. Sounds like you’re conflicted.

  12. stealmind Says:

aside from me and KOST this is the first I’ve heard from some other person that mojave is crap, most of the other people like blue hour DRBUK and DRJOKER just try to sugar coat it and they make the themes of there video a comparison of apple vs MS ads rather than exposing the bullshit presented…..they lost a bunch of respect from me for completely missing the point.

  13. stealmind Says:

so for anyone with the same mental defect as bluehour here is why mojave is shit and best and propaganda at worst:

they try to use a first impression of a complete n00b to advertise an OS of being good, when everyone sane knows that first impressions in ANYTHING you have to use long term doesn’t mean shit, it means they liked the eye candy when they first looked at it, YA eye candy reallllyyy helps you get your work done LOL!
